Rose Bay Strata Updates

EXTERIOR COLOURS

Concept: Modernist, geometric
Colour Palette: Black, white, grey with touches of brass
Client Brief: To update a tired apartment block for the Strata Committee. As rental tenants moved out and owners moved in, this apartment block needed some TLC.
Design Notes: Sympathetic upgrade in keeping with the building’s Modernist architect, Hans Peter Oser. Interior and exterior colour consult, interior carpeting and furniture, exterior landscaping and signage.
